ABOUT SMT GARAGE/MOTORSPORT

Owner Stuart Thorburn, a vehicle Mechanic from Aberdeenshire,
- First started as a mechanic with a small Garage in Nairn called Bitz garage back in 2006, they specialized in Subaru’s and building rally cars, after being there some time he started rallying himself winning his class in a MGZR 1.4 he soon moved onto RWD cars and found the love for drifting,

- Further move In 2018 Stuart bought himself a £200 BMW E46 2.2l and started a youtube build series on it, He consistently upgrading over the years onto a BMW 3l m54 engine but 2019 he went a big step further turning the £200 bmw into his own Britsh Drift Championship spec E46 powered by a Toyota 1JZ 600hp engine.
